Our practice support nurse, Susan de Smit, will be leaving our general practice after seventeen years to take on a new challenge.
As a result, from April onwards, fewer consultation hours will temporarily be available with the practice support nurse (POH). Patients who are being monitored as part of the cardiovascular program will, during this period, be followed up by the general practitioner.
We will keep you informed via our website as soon as there is more clarity regarding the coverage of the practice support nurse role.
