Ms. de Smit is available on Monday, Tuesday mornings, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Since 2009, I have happily worked as a medical assistant within the general practice, combined with management work for the health center. In February 2022, I returned to school to take on a new challenge and develop myself as a Practice Nurse – Somatic Care through Avans+ in Breda.

I see patients at the clinic with: type 2 diabetes, a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and/or cholesterol, kidney problems, asthma/COPD, or those who wish to quit smoking. I aim to provide patient-centered care, standing alongside our patients. I enjoy working together with them to find practical lifestyle adjustments that are achievable.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking our dog, doing DIY projects around the house, and traveling.
