Your Care, clear about costs
National Primary Care Rates
Primary care assistance is covered by the basic health insurance of all insurers. It is fully reimbursed and does not count toward your deductible.
However, if specialist care is used—such as laboratory or pathological tests—you will receive a separate bill for this through your health insurer. This includes, for example, a urine culture and blood tests, as well as examination of a small piece of skin.
Your general practitioner receives a fixed annual amount per patient (the so-called registration fee), in addition to a fee per service provided. The registration fee enables us to cover our fixed costs regardless of the number of services, such as accommodation, staff, the computer information system, and so on.
