- To make an appointment, you can call between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM.
- Home visits can be requested between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
- You can book an appointment online through the patient portal ‘Uw Zorg Online’.
