You can schedule appointments with
our practice by phone or online
- The assistant is available by phone until 11:00 AM. After that, you can request a call back through the menu options.
- Home visits can be requested between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
- You can book an appointment online through the patient portal ‘Uw Zorg Online’.
- A host is present at the reception desk. She welcomes you upon arrival and assists with practical matters, such as checking in for an appointment or directing you to the appropriate staff member.
