You can schedule appointments with
our practice by phone or online
- To make an appointment, you can call between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM.
- Home visits can be requested between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
- You can book an appointment online through the patient portal ‘Uw Zorg Online’.
- A host is present at the reception desk. She welcomes you upon arrival and assists with practical matters, such as checking in for an appointment or directing you to the appropriate staff member.
