• You can submit your repeat prescription 24 hours a day by calling 076-5218647 and selecting option 2.
• You can also request repeat prescriptions by email via receptenvaneerd@huisartsenbredero.nl. Please provide the following information: your name, date of birth, a phone number where you can be reached, your pharmacy, the medication, the dosage, and whether or not you want it delivered.
• You can request a repeat prescription online through the patient portal ‘Uw Zorg Online’.
