We accept new patients from the following postal code areas: 4811, 4812, 4813, 4814, 4815, 4818, 4819, 4835, and 4837.
Registration is unfortunately not possible if you live outside these areas or already have a GP in one of these postal code areas.
You can fill in the registration form online here. After that, please visit our reception desk with:
- A valid form of identification, such as a (foreign) passport, driver’s license, ID card, or residence permit
- Your health insurance information
We ask for the insurance details of all family members and are required to verify their identity.
